Neighborhood Business Development

The Office of Economic Development is piloting a neighborhood business development program. The office will help new business start from ground level up, providing seed capital, business planning and incorporation technical assistance, partnership facilitation, financing planning, and business development case management. The program is interested in supporting businesses impacting neighborhood level jobs creation and local business ownership. Opportunity gaps exist to serve key anchor industries, such as the hospitals and biosciences. Interested parties should contact program coordinator for information and review process.
